HP Pavilion - 15-cc020nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have downloaded the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic Window (v 1.8.00) app in order to calibrate my new battery, per the HP Support Assistant recommendation.  The instructions for battery calibration (per HP) say to click on the "Component Tests" button, THEN the "Memory" button.  The problem is that THERE IS NO MEMORY BUTTON on the list of tests after I click on the "Component Tests" button.

I am using an HP Pavilion 15-cc020nr laptop with Windows 10.

Any suggestions?  Thank you.

Hello:  Actually, the problem has been solved.  Apparently, it is necessary to have the "Sign-in Upon Start-up" setting turned off (to "Never").  After turning off this requirement and restarting the laptop while holding down the Esc button, the diagnostics window appeared.  Then, after pressing F2, the Memory button was present in the list.  I hope this discovery will be helpful to others.
