Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I was installing windows 10 on a hp laptop so i didnt have enough experiance and while i was useing USB( a bootable USB) to install windows , i formated the c driver

And i was about to continue , system said that i cant install it on tge system

And i exited to install a new version of windows 7 , so it lagged hard and then no keys answered

I waited 4 hourse witch the battery runs out

And now i guass i have removed all data of tge system

Becuase a have a screen here named HP PC hardware diagnostics UEFI

I dont know what it is and i dont know how to get out of it!

I scaned the hard drive 1, with quick scan option

Heres a failure ID and smart check with a passed situation

What should i do?
