Hi! This mornig I have turned on my pc but it remained stuck for 10 min at the power on screen (black screen with hp logo). So then I pressed the power button for 3s for a forced shutdown. Now the pc works but in the last few days the computer has been giving me problems. For example yesterday when I turned it on I heard a strange noise like a creaking sound during the ascension. Also recently the computer is always turning off when it reaches 20-30% battery. I already replaced the battery two years ago. How should I do?
