Hey, I need your help. Recently my laptop starting having issues with the Battery and now I have issues with the Hardware. The battery issue it wasn't big deal I didnt like do anything about it till now I can't use my own laptop because it doesn't auto repair or something.

 

I have the Failure Id, I dont know if it require just let me know so I send it.

Is it the 24-chracter error code for HDD ? If yes,  Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.

 

For (original) Windows 10. Please use Cloud Recovery tool:

If for Battery, please replace it.
