I was wondering that if I upgrade the computer's processor to an AMD A10-4600M (upgrade from AMD A8-4500M), will the BIOS (Insyde F.26) accept it?

Yes that processor is listed in the Manual and will work:

AMD® A10-4600M processor (3.2 GHz/2.3 GHz, 1600 MHz/4 MB L2 cache, DDR3, quad core, 35W)

Thank you so much, that was really helpful. Am I right in saying that the BIOS Insude F.26 will accept it too?
HP Recommended

Yes the BIOS supports any of the listed processors. Still, just for good measure, it is not a bad idea to update the BIOS to the latest (not sure if F.26 is the latest-but can check for you) before a processor update, but not technically absolutely needed.

Just checked. BIOS F.26 is still the latest version. (forum.notebookreview.com/threads/current-hp-pavilion-bios-releases.595505/)
