I ordered a replacement battery from the HP Parts store - it arrived in a crushed box.  I want to return it.  I've tried returns through the HP parts webpage - it freezes/locks and I can't even submit a request for assistance.  The return page doesn't even accept my Order number.  I can't find a phone number or e-mail to contact HP Parts to get a return authorization.  What a waste of time!  Can anyone provide me contact information?  Had I known this I never would have relied on HP for anything.

HP.com directs you the parts site -and that site freezes/locks.  the main site won't help you.  I did a live chat with a rep and she sent me back the HP parts site.  It's been two days and I spent an hour trying to fill out the online form on the parts size (as it froze/unfroze) and still was unable to complete return request.
