Hi:

According to the specs for that model, it comes with 16 GB of onboard memory.

HP Pavilion Laptop 13-bb0078TU Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

'Onboard' means the memory cannot be upgraded as it is an integral part of the motherboard.

It comes with a 1 TB NVMe SSD.

That would be the fastest type drive currently available.

You could upgrade to a 2 TB model if you wanted, but that would be about it.

A faster PCIe gen 4 SSD would not run at the full speed, because according to the specs from Intel, the chipset is still PCIe 3.0.
