Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have an HP Pavilion 14-bf101nl and in these hot summer days its temperatures are too high, so much that it even went into thermal throttling once.

I didn't understand very well its airflow; there's this grill on the bottom: photo_2022-06-23_16-36-16.jpg

Here is the air intake or the output?

Because the part of the table under this grill is hot so I thought this was the output and the intake was here:

But I've been told it's the opposite, so intake from the grill on the bottom of the laptop and the output on the grill under the display.

Is it right?

Anyway I still keep the laptop a little raised so that the bottom grill does not stick to the table and the air can circulate better but that's not enough and the temps are still high.

I think I'll need a stand with fans but before purchase something I need to know the exact way of the airflow.

Thanks
