HP Pavilion 15.6 128 SDD 4GB Ram - how to increase both size

hi I recently bought HP Pavilion 15.6 128 SDD 4GB Ram as I bought the same for my daughter for shool. Its pretty good around apart from the SSD memory and being 128GB bit of school boy for me. Is there any good guides to upgrading the SDD myself and while I am at it the RAM from 4 to 8 GB. Is there any limitations. I understand also I'll need to reinstall windows as it'll be on the old SSD

I guess that HP is using the maintenance and service guide on your notebook's support page for the referenced model as well as yours, because I cannot find one for the 15-eh0000 model series.
