Product: Pavilion CK 0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi My laptop CK0xx Pavilion.

 

Below is my spec. i thinking about upgrading the ram.

I5 8520 

MX150

SSD + HDD

Window 10 pro

Current ram 4gb.

 

I thinking about upgrade to 16GB x 2 = 32gb 2400mh

 

Is it possible? Mainboard is HP 841C

I see the manual instruction write maximum 16gb. I wonder if  i put 32 gb will it works?

Or anyone tried? How can i check? thanks in advance

With that CPU and DDR4 memory you should have no problem upgrading to 32GB.

 

To better assist you, the members will need the exact model number or product number of your laptop, desktop or printer???

The model is CK 063 TX.

I check manual said its 16gb.

But i want to verify if i buy 16 GB + my current 4GB  = 20GB will it works? In future i will upgrade 16 + 16 = 32 GB.

Just need to verify or it will waste my money if it cant support

Yes it should work but you will not have Dual Channel support.

meaning 4GB + 16GB wont have dual channel, if i upgrade 16+16 = 32 will have dual channel?

I just wanted to confirm my laptop able to run 32 gb, because manual mention 16gb
