Hi, I have HP Pavilion 15 Laptop PC 15-eh2000 4V3L4AV. Went to use the USB-C Thunderbolt port and never connected. unplugged the device, ran the USB hardware test in the bios and it stated in red letters that thunderbolt was not available and thunderbolt on the video is not available. does this mean that it failed, needs to be activated, or this laptop was not designed with thunderbolt service?
Thanks
Looking forward to your answer?

Your laptop does not have thunderbolt ports.
It does have one of the following.
USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port; 10 Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep & Charge)
