Hello everyone,

I'll try to explain my problem. 2 days ago i left my notebook in my car the whole day, the temperature outside was -4C°.

In the evening i take it and bringt inside home. After i started it up, the battery % was on zero, also during the boot a message appeared where was write that the battery capacity was reduced due the low temperature. Since that day the battery it's completely dead, it's not working anymore. What should i do? i've tried to search a battery replacement on internet but i couldn't find for that model.

Thanks in advance!

I might try disconnecting the battery, leaving it set overnite and then reconnect and see if it charges again before purchasing a new one but here is a new one just in case:
