Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cw1068wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP Pavillion 15-cw1068wm currently has an 8gb of ram. 

My question is, does this laptop have an extra slot for another stick of 8gb ram so that I can upgrade it to 16gb.

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info.

 

Yes, it has two memory slots, and yes you can add another 8 GB chip to the empty slot.

Hi so I was reading the manual and it does say it has 2 slots for memory however it says they're  inaccessible/not user upgradable. Is this true?

Paul, I was also looking at the  manual and it does say it has .”Two SODIMM memory module slots, non-customer-accessible/non-upgradable. DDR4-2400 dual channel support (Ryzen processors.)” If I buy it will I be able to add than second RAM module? Thanks in advance
