Theoretically yes, but its very expensive. That model series was offered with an optional 144hz panel. This would be the part number:
300 nits, eDP 1.4, ultraslim (2.6 mm) L71941-001
HP Parts Store in France does not have it:
If you are really serious about this we can find you an equivalent high-performance screen and it could be swapped into your laptop but again it will be expensive. And would definitely jeopardize the warranty.

You can swap in any screen the right size and with the right connectors. Slight problem is its hard to know how really good a screen panel is when you buy off eBay or other similar source but if you want to do it we can perhaps find you a premium quality IPS panel you could swap in. It does not have to come from HP.

This is an IPS 144hz premium panel
Pages 50-56 show how to replace just the panel. You do not need to remove the whole housing from the hinges up.
Just to 100% be sure this will work you want to remove your existing panel before ordering a new one. Carefully compare the mounting holes and the cable attachment just to be sure you are getting a like-kind replacement.
