I have two monitors connected to docking station. I'm using a power delivery solution, dock have own power and is always on.
The problem is that every time I start the notebook, I have to turn the dock off and on for the image to appear on the monitors. The monitors do not wake up from standby mode, and turning them on manually also does not help. Similarly to calling the system restart, the monitors will not wake up without restarting the dock.
I tested all settings on monitors, connecting other monitors, different cables, settings on Windows, etc.
This happens on two such docks, so it's not their fault.
Dock work well on Lenovo laptop.
Drivers and BIOS updated to the latest versions.
I tested Maclean mctv-850 dock with my laptop and work well.
What could be causing the problem ?

Your machine is NOT compatible with your I-TEC C31DUALDPDOCKPD. It mMAY compatible with Maclean mctv-850 dock. Please note: all USB-C ports are not the same.
Regards.

Why is every USB-C port different when it is a global standard?
As a result, I spent a lot of money on something that didn't work, and I didn't even have a chance to verify that it would work beforehand. Although before buying I made sure that the laptop supports DP and PD.
It does not make sens........

That's true. Not all USB-C ports are the same. There is no such thing called global standard, each vendors can have its standard even standards.
