HP Pavilion 15-eg0378ng Ram onboard?

Hi,
I'm thinking of buying the HP Pavilion 15-eg0378ng, but couldn't find any information about whether the Ram is soldered onboard or it is changeable. Also does anybody know what the battery life of the notebook is?

Hi:

According to the service manual, the notebook has two memory slots and the memory can be upgraded.

See chapter 1.

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

The ' not customer accessible or upgradeable,' means that HP wants the upgrades to be done by an authorized service center.

Chapter 5 of the manual has the memory removal and replacement procedures...

Unfortunately, I don't know what the advertised battery life is.

So if I understand this correctly there are two memory slots and both of the Ram sticks can basically be changed by the user himself but HP doesn't him to right? And this isn't this kind of hybrid thing you find in many other notebooks where there is only one memory Slot while the other memory is onboard?

That is correct.

Two memory slots, no onboard memory.

Here is the link to the crucial memory report for a similar model to yours...they don't list your exact model number, or I would have posted that instead.
