Could anyone tell me whether my laptop can charge with USB C. I have checked the product spec however my provider said this laptop didn't support charge with type C. So i have a bit confuse
And the second thing is I dont know why even I turned off the laptop but the battery still drain. I have checked the battery health but it all good . I think the problem is the wireless mouse receiver, I always plug it i guess
Thanks

What is your HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0000 (172Z7AV) ? It could be one of the following machines
They should have SAME ports as the following machine
HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg0001TX
Its SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge allows you to charge your machine using a compatible USB-C charger with wattage rating 65W or more.
It is a good candidate for HP USB-C G5 dock. You can setup as single cable on your desk
