Microsoft Windows 11

I have HP Pavilion 15-eg2019na. I wonder If I can upgrade RAM to 16GB, storage to 512 GB.

Is the motherboard compatible for the upgrade?

Hello.

Your laptop can be upgraded to 16GB, which is the maximum.

HP sells also 512GB and 1TB SSD drives. Your laptop can be fitted with only one drive at a time so your current drive will be useless.

Both components are "not customer accessible or upgradeable" according to HP, so if your laptop is still covered by a warranty, I would let only HP certified technician to replace the components just to be on the safe side.
