HP Pavilion 15 Laptop PC 15-eh2000 (4V3L7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought this laptop a while ago but would like to upgrade the memory, I asked the virtual assistant and it says the maximum supported memory is 16GB according to the specifications, but the specifications don't mention that this is the limit, it just says these are the available configurations. The current configuration is 2 memory banks of 8GB for a total of 16GB, but I would like to upgrade it to 2x16GB or 1x32GB though. Anyone tried this or knows if this is possible??

@aylneet,

HP only provides the service manual for 15-eh1xxx, which indicates 16 GB (2x8 GB) DDR4-3200 is supported.

Crucial reports your model supports max 64 GB (2x32 GB) DDR4-3200 memory.

Crucial guarantees compatibility. If you want 32 (2x16) GB, you should be able to do so.
