HOW MUCH RAM AND SSD IS BEST SUITABLE WITH THIS DEVICE ?
IS IT WORTH UPGRADING ?
Service Centre guy told me to exchange ! (10k to 12k value exchange (amazon))
It is Like a HOME PC ! it always stays home and used for very basic tasks now.
So My Question is that Processor is good enough
for Windows 10 to use it till "END OF LIFE WIN10"
I'm currently using Linux Mint Windows Runs Slower than that !
So i Want to make it powerful Machine !
- 2 USB 3.0
- 1 HDMI

You're very welcome.
The processor in your notebook is not upgradable unless you replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of the service manual that may come with a better processor.
It would be very expensive to do that assuming you could even find the part you want.
I wouldn't put a lot of money into the notebook.
Adding more memory and a SSD will be a much better investment than paying thousands of Rs for a new motherboard with a slightly better processor.
You have 4 GB of memory, so buy another 4 GB memory chip, and you will have 8 GB of memory running in the higher performing dual channel mode.
Right now your notebook has 4 GB of memory running in the lower performing single channel mode, because the other slot is empty.
Replace the hard drive with the SSD in the storage capacity that meets your needs and budget.
This is the 500 GB model of the Crucial MX 500
With the extra 4 GB of memory and a SSD, I am pretty sure you won't believe that you are running the same notebook you are running now.

Hi:
Below is the link to the Crucial memory/SSD report for your notebook.
Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | hp - compaq | pavilion 15 series | Pavilion 15-n208tx | Crucial IN
They have compatible memory and SSD's for sale.
You can install up to 2 x 8 GB of memory in your notebook.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the memory and hard drive removal and replacement procedures.
The 12 GB max memory specification listed in the manual is incorrect. The max is 2 x 8 GB.

Thank You for reply !
As You Are "Expert" please tell me.
(service centre told me it's processor that boost performance not RAM)
i want to know Expert opinion !
it's worth upgrading ? how much powerful it will become ?
But i am still Wondering that i5 4th gen is good enough in 2021 ?
i have heard of 25% of cost rule !
i have bought it in 2014 !

Thank you very much again for helping that much and for your valuable time for searching the right SSD !
But do i need caddy or replacing HDD which one is the best option ?
(some people says caddy is low speed )
and ram has some mixing (4+8)(4+4) (DIFFERENT MHZ )(LATENCY) issues ? (if i don't buy RAM PACK)
I HAVE SAMSUNG RAM NOW 4 GB !
I AM REALLY CONFUSED IN RAM BUY BUYING !
"PLEASE SUGGEST ANY RAM TOO !!!!!!!!!!"

You're very welcome.
The 2.5" SSD goes where the current drive goes and it does not need a caddy.
I would buy the 4 GB or 8 GB Crucial memory that is listed in the above report which should be compatible with the Samsung memory currently installed.
