Hello..

I have a laptop HP Pavilion 15-217ur. I want to upgrade the RAM in this laptop, I have now 12 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB, 1 x 8 GB).

I would like to ask if the the RAM (2 x 8gb ddr3l 1600mhz sodimm) is compatible with my laptop?

I found this model: Netac Basic 8GB DDR3 SODIMM PC3-12800 NTBSD3N16SP-08
but I don't know if it is compatible. If it is not compatible, which one will be compatible?

Hi:

 

The product specs for the memory chip you want to install indicate that it should work.

 

Basic DDR3L SODIMM-Netac

 

Another memory chip that should work would be this one if you can get it in the UAE:

 

Timetec 8GB DDR3L / DDR3 1600MHz (DDR3L-1600) PC3L-12800 / PC3-12800(PC3L-12800S) Non-ECC Unbuffered...
