Need BIOS Recovery Software for HP Pavilion 15-p246sa

Hi HP Community,

I have an HP Pavilion 15-p246sa (Intel Core i3-5010U) with motherboard DAY11AMB6E0 Rev:E.

The laptop powers on but gives 2 Caps Lock LED blinks repeatedly and there is no display on either the laptop screen or HDMI. I have already tested the RAM and disconnected the HDD/SSD, but the issue remains.

I believe the BIOS may be corrupted.

Could someone please provide the correct official HP BIOS/BIOS recovery software (SoftPaq) for the HP Pavilion 15-p246sa / DAY11AMB6E0 Rev:E?

I found references to BIOS F.53 for this model, but I cannot find the official HP download anymore. I want to use the correct BIOS recovery file, not a BIOS from another Pavilion model.

If anyone has the original HP BIOS recovery package for this exact model, please provide the SoftPaq number/download link and instructions for creating the recovery USB.
