I bought this laptop only a little over 2 years ago (Dec 2019) and the battery is already failing on it. So unhappy with this situation, what a ripoff. But here we are, I need to replace the battery and I'd like to make sure I get the correct replacement part. Can anyone please advise on the correct battery for this laptop? And perhaps link to it? Thank you in advance. And yes, I've tried the HP parts finder, I couldn't identify the part from the laptop serial number, so I'm just hoping this may work.
