Hello Community. I am new here and I need help.
What I want to know is if I can upgrade my 1TB HHD to a 2TB DD on this laptop ?
Also, what is a M2 Drive and how can it help?

The specs of your machine is

It has 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA now, you can upgrade to 2TB using standard 2.5" HDD or 2.5" SSD.

Your machine does not have M.2 slot for storage therefore M.2 is out of question for upgrade. As mentioned above, you can use 2TB of 2.5" SSD such as Crucial MX500, Samsung 860EVO or similar. For example
