Product: HP Pavilion 17-e086sf Notebook PC

Hello,
I need the original bios for this laptop but HP no longer supplies anything on the site. Would it be possible to get it please.
I need it for the pc of a customer who put a bad bios and the pc doesn't work anymore as it should, when we turn it off we have to move the memory sticks to turn it back on, he put a bios version F.28.

Driver support for the model series has been retired.

 

I can give you the info and exe links to F.24:

You may not even be able to go back to this version if the newer ones indicate the same message as the release notes do for F.24:

 

NOTE: HP strongly recommends promptly transitioning to this updated BIOS version which supersedes all previous releases.

The F24 update doesn't work, I think I'll have to use a programmer with an eprom pin.
