Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Pavilion 17-e137cl Does this laptop support SSD and which type of SSD (M.2 (looks like a ram chip) or 2.5" (looks like a hard drive)). Where is the M.2 slot located on the motherboard? Also, is there space for an additional 2.5" HDD?

It ONLY supports 2.5" drives. You can REPLACE its existing slow 750GB 5400RPM hard drive with HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection using 1TB or even 2TB 2.5 " SSD such as
