i have an HP pavilion 360 14-ek0088tu model laptop with 16 GB DDR4-3200 ram in 8x2 fashion. I wan to upgrade it to 32 gigs what can be the frequency of the ram that my processor can support and can I upgrade it to 32 gigs and if yes which ram should I use

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates the max memory is 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.

The Crucial memory report indicates the notebook model series will support 2 x 32 GB of memory.

I would suggest using Crucial memory for your notebook.
