Dear Team,
I am unable to use windows Face Sign-In feature, Windows is giving message as "We could not find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face. In Internet I searched then found something related with IR camera, in HP Driver support page I couldn't find any driver for camera.

Welcome to the HP User Community.
The IR camera used with Hello Face is a hardware option.
The computer must have an IR type camera to be used with Facial Recognition (Hello Face).
If there is no driver option to change a Not-IR camera into an IR camera.
Many computers do NOT come with an IR camera - it is a specialty option.
Checking and Searching...
Open Category Product Information

If your model is not in the list, check what is on your computer.
If the list is too long and you get tired of checking model after another, check what is on your computer.
