Product: Pavilion x360 Convertible 14m-cd0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Once unplugged from the charger, my battery dies out relatively quickly (within 20 minute). I dodwnloaded and tested the battery regarding the overheating recall but it tested out fine.  Why is it losing it's charge so quickly?

Hi Mjtansley,

Please run the battery test either in HP Support Assistant or HP UEFI Diagnostic Test. Once completed, click on Show advanced information (HP Support Assistant) or battery details (HP UEFI Diagnostic Test) then screenshot it.
