Product: Pavilion Model 14-bk069sa

Hi, 

My laptop is a HP Pavilion Model 14-bk069sa and is in urgent need of a battery replacement however after using my serial number along with the automatic detection on the HP Parts Store it keeps coming back with the message "A match to your search criteria could not be found. Please check your entry, or try using the product category search links displayed below.

Please review to ensure all required information has been entered.". Was just wondering if anyone knows what to do in this situation or just knows which battery I need to buy, this is kind of urgent as I have a dissertation due soon. Thanks.

Battery, 4 cell, 70 Wh, 4.55 Ah 920070-855

 

Service Manual 

 

Pages 29-31 show how to access and replace  the battery.

 

I would open the laptop first before buying. The specs list a 3-cell 41-wh battery, but the Manual lists a 4-cell. I am pretty sure the Manual is right but if it were mine I would open it and remove the battery to be 100% sure it has the right part number and looks like the one shown in the Manual.

HP would not longer carry this so you have to buy from an online vendor. Amazon UK has many option as does eBay UK:

Above is a used battery but comes from a very solid vendor, is cheap and would be delivered to you very quickly. I gather you have no time to wait for something to arrive from Hong Kong.
