Hello!
Does anybody know how / where I can find out the max supported RAM size, and perhaps a list of supported RAM modules, for my HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk0014no?
I've tested two different sets, Crucial 3200MHz 2x32GB, and Kingston HyperX Impact Black 2666MHz 2x32GB. Both sets seem to work fine except I get screen flickering.
Thanks!

You're very welcome.
You're using the 3200 MHz version of the 2666 MHz memory I posted, so that should have worked.
The gaming memory has different timings and that can cause issues.
I'm thinking you should return the 2 x 32 GB of memory, and use 2 x 16 GB of memory that the HP service manual indicates is supported.
You should be fine with 32 GB of memory.
I have 32 GB of memory installed in my PC, and 23 GB of it is free.

Hi:
The Crucial memory report indicates the max is 2 x 32 GB of memory.
However, the HP service manual indicates the max is only 2 x 16 GB of memory. See chapter 1.
Did you install gaming memory?
You may want to stick with the basic memory...
Crucial 64GB Kit (2 x 32GB) DDR4-2666 SODIMM | CT2K32G4SFD8266 | Crucial.com

Thanks for the pointers!
I'm currently running Crucial 64GB Kit (2 x 32GB) DDR4-3200 SODIMM (CT2K32G4SFD832A): https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k32g4sfd832a
HWiNFO reports around 1330MHz and timing 19-19-19-43.
Unsure if I should try another 2666MHz 64GB memory or a 32GB memory (I really would need 64GB), and what is actually supported though.
