I want to upgrade my RAM, so I choose SODIMM DDR4 16GB 3200 MHZ IMPACT KINGSTON FURY, is it compatible? And if I have one slot with native RAM 8 GB, so It will be 24GB or only max 16GB? (Upgrade caused by crashing one RAM) My one RAM crashed because it was very close to laptop case (but this ram was native). Can I face with this problem again when I will upgrade?

OK. So I take it that means you are unable to read the Kingston web document.
It is not recommended to upgrade with a module that is not identical to the originally installed memory module.
Doing that can result in only one of the two modules being recognized as present by the operating system.
You would have a reliable result by upgrading with two identical guaranteed compatible modules and removing the original one.
Otherwise you could upgrade with a single 16GB module and replacing the original one with it.
I have never gone the upgrade path to 24 GB that you want.
I have always upgraded to 16 GB or 32GB and doing that with identical compatible modules from a company that guarantees the upgrade result.
I do that to not waste my money or time. I also do not use off brand memory modules.
Hynix modules are great but difficult to find vendors for them who will guarantee that they will work
I want it to work correctly the very first time I boot to Windows or Linux.
I will edit this shortly and put in some compatible memory module identification.
The modules below are what I recommend.
You can try installing the 16 GB module with your original module installed. It may or may not work with the original module installed.
Even if the addition of the 16 GB module does work, it will not operate in dual channel mode so you will lose efficient operation of dual channel mode.
Using the two modules below together should work as their only difference is the capacity of the chips, but neither I or Kingston will guarantee that.
Part Number: KCP426SS8/16
DDR4 2666MT/s Non-ECC Unbuffered SODIMM CL19 1RX8 1.2V 260-pin 16Gbit
Part Number: KCP426SS6/8
DDR4 2666MT/s Non-ECC Unbuffered SODIMM CL19 1RX16 1.2V 260-pin 16Gbit

The problem is that you just chose a memory module instead of ensuring that it was compatible beforehand.
The memory modules that Kingston recommends are at the web document at the hyperlink below.
There isn't a single Kingston Fury module that is recommended by the manufacturer.

I did that in my last post by providing a manufacturer's list of compatible memory modules.
I recommend that you read the Kingston Memory's document that states which memory modules are compatible for your laptop.
Once you have read the web document you can decide how much memory you want and then choose the modules.

Can you rephrase that?
I do not quite understand what you mean.
