Hello, I have a problem with the overheating processor in the hp Pavilion Gaming 15. After entering the game Fortnite, Valorant, my FPS reaches up to 103 °. My laptop is HP Pavilion Gaming 15 with Ryzen 5 4600h and GTX 1650 ti.I bought a laptop 2 years ago. I changed the thermal paste yesterday but no change. I also tried to run these games on a second clean operating system but the temperatures were still high. The worst thing is that my FPS drops to 10-30 and suddenly increases again. I just lag every now and then. I've also noticed that my CPU clock is at 4000 MHz most of the time - even on the desktop. The clock drops to 2000 per second and then suddenly jumps back to 4000 MHz. In the game, it is practically all the time at 4000 MHz. I also noticed in the CPU NZTX program that the CPU usage is low even in i games. Anyone got an idea? Thanks in advance for your replies.
Edit: I attach a photo after 5 min playing CS:GO
