Hi:

You should be able to replace the Intel 9560 with this model:

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro    HP part #L35282-005

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure.

95% sure.

There are other folks on this forum that have upgraded the 9560 to a non-CNVI card such as the AX200 I recommended.

What I can 100% guarantee won't work is the AX201.

Ok. Thanks for your fast response. What about the Bluetooth connection also without problems with this AX200 card ? And one small thing: is it better install AX200 drivers before assembly or they will be installed automatically in Windows 10 ? Thanks

You're very welcome.

The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth should work just fine.

Before installing the Intel AX200 card, uninstall both the Intel Wi-Fi adapter and driver in the device manager as well as the Intel Bluetooth device and driver.

Shut down the PC, remove the battery and install the AX200.

W10/W11 should automatically install the drivers for both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and then you can install the latest drivers directly from the Intel site.

I can confirm that Intel AX200 works well in HP Pavilion Gaming 17-cd instead of Intel 9560
