Hi. Yesterday I could not turn laptop on without plugging a charger. When laptop went on it shows that battery was drained. That was a bit odd as I use laptop a day before and it had 100%. So it lost all its charge over night. Later on i removed a charger and turn off laptop shortly after. 20mins later i tried to turn it on and it wont start off battery again. So i was shocked a bit that battery went from 100% to 0% in 20mins. 6 h later when i plug out charger battery went from 100% to 0% in 1 sec
Now when i am using laptop with charger it shows that battery has 91% charge and its endlessly charging.
I wanted to check whats wrong with battery. However When i try to use web battery check i get only this error
"Error 404: There is no content available. fonts/hps/hp_icomoon.woff" as="font" type="font/woff" crossorigin> "
So i tried to download a HP diagnostic software it shows me same error Error 404: There is no content available. fonts/hps/hp_icomoon.woff" as="font" type="font/woff" crossorigin>
Is support for this laptop as dead as my battery?
