Welcome to  HP forums, I see that you want to upgrade your notebook.

 

It does have one m.2 slot available for SSD, 

Check page number 2 in this user guide:- Click here

Memory is not customer accessble to it can not upgradable.

Check chapter 1 page number 1  & 2 in the same user guide.

I know this is a really old post, but the RAM is up-gradable. HP likes its customers to buy from them and will usually charge a high price. 
I recommend getting a similar RAM module that they use; like hynix memory and following the specs of the ram module already in the machine. 
I have personally upgraded my machine with 0 issues with the ram so you should be good to go.

yes I upgraded from 8 megs to 16 megs and upgraded the hard drive to a 1tb SSD and the M,2 128 MB to a 1tb with no trouble.
