HP Pavilion Gaming - battery's life

Hi,

I bought a new laptop - HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0015nc.
I have a problem with the battery's life.
For the internet the battery's life is only 2 hours.
For the movies the battery's life is only 4,5 hours.

I sent a laptop to the service center.
Servis center made a stress test and for this test is the battery's life is on 5,5 hours. This is good for a stress test.
Servis center answers everything is OK.
I wrote message for services's center that I want to see a report from the battery with life ten hours.
Now I'm curious for answering

But I see problem different if I use only for the internet but I will be only writing text to the cod's block This laptop keeps power only 2 hours.
If the laptop only run and I make nothing again the battery's life is only 2 hours
