HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc5xx one of usb3 port does not work.

hello. on my HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc5xx one of USB 3 port does not work. is that end of the mainboard? thank you. USB flash drive or else flickering but does not work.

@Aleks221 To fix this, uninstall the USB 3.0 driver in Device Manager using the following steps.

1. In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.

2. Locate the USB 3.0 Root Hubs under Universal Serial Bus Controllers.

3. Right-click the USB 3.0 Root Hub, and click Uninstall.

4. And restart the device.
