Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cw1507sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

 

I periodically get an error advising the storage capacity of the battery to be low. I've ran a diagnostic check and it advises the Primary internal battery 601 needs replacing.

 

Where am I able to get a replacement battery? I'm also unsure the make of my laptop as HP Support Assistant says 15-cw1507sa but if I press FN & Esc it says 15-cw1xxx.

 

I've searched on Amazon and a few other providers but I don't get clarity I'm purchasing the correct battery and want to avoid returning and purchasing numerous times.

 

Any support would be appreciated.

It uses   3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion battery   part # L11119-855. You can order from

 

           https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=L11119-855

 

This may take up to 2 months. You can use part # to order online from Amazon, Newegg .... or eBay
