Hi HP Service Team / Customer Care,

I would like to get a service quote and book an appointment for my HP laptop repair. Please find the laptop details and complaints below:

1. Laptop & Component Details:

Laptop Model: HP Pavilion 15-cs Series (Intel Core i7-8565U)

Required Battery Model: HP Original HT03XL Battery (3-Cell / 41.7Wh)

2. Issues / Complaints:

Battery Issue: The battery is weak and draining completely. I am currently forced to use the laptop only while keeping the charger plugged in.

Speaker Issue: Both laptop speakers are crackling and vibrating heavily (iraiyura sound and adharivu), even at low volume levels. The speaker hardware needs replacement or connection check.

Overheating & Fan Noise: Due to continuous charging and usage, the laptop is overheating, and the internal cooling fan is running continuously at high speed with heavy noise.

3. Required Upgrades & Services:

Replacement of Original Genuine HP Battery (HT03XL). (Please provide the price for only the battery component, excluding the full top panel/case assembly).

Internal Speaker replacement/repair.

SSD Upgrade: I would also like to install a new 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD as my current HDD setup is running very slow.

General service (Internal dust cleaning and thermal paste application to resolve the fan/heating issue).

Kindly check the availability of the original battery, speakers, and SSD for my model and reply with the estimated cost (Spare parts cost + Service charges) and time required for the repair.
