I have an HP Pavillion Laptop 2018

Processor AMD A10-9620P RADEON R5, 10 COMPUTE CORES 4C+6G 2.50 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.4 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I want to rebuild the motherboard removing the cpu solder and installing a new cpu and gpu same sizes as originals.

The CPU is soldered to the board as you seem to understand. There is an AMD A12-9720P version of the motherboard. Your proposal to rebuild the motherboard and install more current CPU and GPU is just not viable. You can upgrade the motherboard but even the A12 version is somewhat obsolete. You need to be thinking in terms of a new laptop.
