Please post the product number of your notebook.

 

To find the product number for your PC, click on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.

 

Type: System Information

 

The System information app should show up.

 

Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.

I m not running Windows 11, that is what chased this system.  Is the on driver needed as this computer is on Wondows 10?

Regardless of whether or not you are running W10 or W11 on your notebook, the drivers I posted should work on either operating system.

 

HP doesn't even have any W11 drivers for your notebook.
