My notebook has crashed several times in as many days reporting a problem with the battery.
HP Support Assistant then says a replacement battery is required.
Battery charges OK when plugged in and HP Support Assistant then says battery is OK but it only lasts about an hour.
Can anyone tell me what model battery is required?
I have tried the HP links but either tells me it can't find any products or batteries are not available for the model.
Find this hard to believe as the laptop is still in warranty.
HP Pavilion - 14-ce3501na
Product number 8FH65EA#ABU
Thanks
