HP Pavilion 15-au076sa (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion 15-au76sa is used only for accounting purposes and remains at the same home office location. When I went to open the laptop the hinges were so stiff that they cracked the casing of the laptop on first the left side and the right side. Any attempt to close the laptop damages it further, the laptop does power on although the power cable is almost falling through and the power button is now loose. Please can you assist me resolve this structural problem?WhatsApp Image 2024-01-23 at 18.55.45 (1).jpegWhatsApp Image 2024-01-23 at 18.55.44.jpegWhatsApp Image 2024-01-23 at 18.55.44 (3).jpegWhatsApp Image 2024-01-23 at 18.55.45 (2).jpegWhatsApp Image 2024-01-23 at 18.55.45.jpegWhatsApp Image 2024-01-23 at 18.55.44 (2).jpegWhatsApp Image 2024-01-23 at 18.55.44 (1).jpegWhatsApp Image 2024-01-23 at 18.55.43.jpeg
