HP Pavilion Power - 15-cb518tx

Hey HP Community,
I replaced my HP pavilion power 15-cb518tx's old battery which was died, and after replacing this new battery, it wont charge after 64% during first boot up after fully discharged and than i use my laptop for a while and again put it to the charge it will always goes for only 70% charge in windows 10 and if i on virtualization it will maximum go upto 80% and if i charge from ubuntu OS than it will charge upto 84% .....
