My laptop brand is HP Pavilion Power Laptop 15-cb0xx. I want to upgrade the RAM to 16 GB and install 1TB M.2 SSD. Can anyone suggest me which specs like (read/write/clock speed) speed would be better?

2 x 4 GB or 1 x 8 GB?

Either of these chips should work:  Buy one or two depending on what HP installed (2 x 4 or 1 x 8).

will 3200Mhz support in HP Pavilion Power Laptop 15-cb0xx?

Yes, DDR4-3200 memory will work as long as it is CL22.
