The number you give is a model series so we need to know exactly your model number so we have current specs and can tell how much upgrade headroom you may have. Processor and video cannot be upgraded without installing a whole new motherboard. RAM is DDR4-2400 max 32 gigs and storage is an NVME M.2 SSD and you can install up to a 4 TB SSD.

You already have at or near the very top CPU and GPU available so it would not be anywhere close to worth the cost to replace the motherboard. You have 8 gigs of RAM and could have up to 32. You have a very slow 1 TB mechanical hard drive and upgrading to an NVME M.2 SSD would be quite a game changer for general performance. Much faster boot time and apps just pop open. Such upgrades would not improve gaming but would help with productivity like video editing, Coding, etc. Let us know if you need specific upgrade instructions.

I do not want to disparage any company but will give you my own observations. Best Buy is not going to clean it for you. They will try to sell you a new laptop rather than upgrading the SSD and memory. If you insist on the upgrade they will most likely ship it to an outside service location and charge you an arm and a leg. Better to find a local technician but I have no idea where to tell you to find one in Bangladesh. HP has a lot of Service Centers in India I know and they will do upgrades there, unlike in the US where they only do warranty work. Not sure how HP operates in Bangladesh
