Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am ABSOLUTELY furious. I haven't had this computer for more than two years. I bought it in January of 2019. Last year, the computer completely crashed and had to be sent in while it was under warranty for repair -- I hadn't had it more than a year at that point and only use it for school. Now, a year later, the screen has started popping out of place on the left-hand corner. I use this computer for school. It sits on my desk and in my backpack. There is absolutely no reason why this computer should be legitimately falling apart. And now, because I'm out of warranty, I can't get help from HP. Are there any methods anyone else has used that fixed this issue? Is there some way I can get HP to realize that they gave me a faulty product and should be responsible for fixing it (since, while looking at the forums, this is an issue that many HP Pavillions have had?).

Hi @ARC18,

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.

6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
