Product: HP Pavilion - 15z-cw000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Pavilion - 15z-cw000 CTO, which the warranty ended 2 months ago. The hinge holding the screen together on the right side popped and broke. Looking through the forum it appears to be a common problem. Is there a standard fix for this? It is virtually useless after just over a year? This is extremely frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated as my daughter depends on this for school.

Since this is a Hardware issue please contact HP Support in your region for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
