HP staff in Korea told me to ask here because HP staff don't know.
current : 4GB x 1, 8GB x 1 (total 12GB)
upgrade plan : 16GB x 2 (total 32GB)
my notebook just use ddr4-2133?
Can not use other ddr4?

Hello @llpmpll,
The HP Pavilion x360 - 15-br077cl supports a maximum of 16GB of DDR4-2133 RAM. (2*8GB) Anything higher will downgrade to 2133MHz. It's recommended you simply stick with using 2 sticks of the fastest speed supported by the motherboard.
An upgrade from 12GB to 16GB probably isn't that worth it but here's your Maintenance and Service Guide anyway.

Hi,
Yes, the PC will run with 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM (2x16GB) even if the service manual mentions 16GB.
The RAM will run at 2133MHz. You can purchase from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung...
On page 45 of the service manual, you can see how to install the RAM.

You should also replace the HDD with an SSD for a great boost in everyday performance.
